This app is written by Finn Le Sueur. All of your data is stored by Apple and is not accessible by Finn or any other person. The app does not track or collect any information about its users or install-base. Thus, it cannot leak, sell or use your information for nefarious purposes.
It was built as a hobby project when Finn received news that he was to get a heart valve replacement. As such, there is no team or large company behind it. If you cannot find your answers below, at the bottom there is an email you can send a message to.

Basic Usage
Setting Your Medication Name
Open the app.
Tap “Settings” at the top right of the toolbar.
Tap on the current name and edit as necessary. The name automatically saves.
This change is automatically reflected throughout the app and widgets.
Setting Your INR Therapeutic Range
This is used to help visualise, on the chart, whether your INR measurements are in-range or not.
Open the app.
Tap “Settings” at the top right of the toolbar.
Tap on the minimum INR number and edit as necessary. The value automatically saves.
Repeat for your maximum therapeutic INR value.
This change is automatically reflected throughout the app and widgets.
Reminders & Notifications
Setting a Medication Reminder
Open the app.
Tap “Settings” at the top right of the toolbar.
Toggle the switch “On” for Medication Reminder.
Tap and edit the time for the reminder.
The reminder automatically updates when the time is changed, enabled or disabled.
Adding a Dose From the Reminder Notification
You can quick-add a dose directly from a reminder!
Long-press on the medication reminder notification.
Select from the three options OR tap on the notification to open the app for a custom dose.
Your widgets will automatically update after you enter a dose of INR reading.
Disabling the Medication Reminder
Open the app.
Tap "Settings" at the top right of the toolbar.
Toggle the switch under "Medication Reminder" to the off position (greyed out).
The scheduled reminder will be deleted.
Widgets
Add A Home Screen Widget
Open the home screen (Springboard).
Long-press on a bank area until the icons start jiggling.
Tap the "+" button in the top left.
Scroll down or search for mINR.
Add your desired widget.
Configuring the Chart Widget
Because the chart widget cannot horizontally scroll, like the widget in the app, it has a few configuration options.
Open the home screen (Springboard).
Long-press on the chart widget until an action bubble pops up.
Select "Edit Widget"
Configure the number of days, and display of labels as desired.
Tap outside the configuration box to save the settings and return to the home screen.
Status Widget Colours
The status widget is coloured depending on your Nit-picky Details (below) for the anticoagulant and INR colours.

Changing the Tint Colour
Tint colours affect the colour of buttons, navigation items, toggle switches and more throughout the app. The tint colour does not affect other apps.
You may select a different tint colour for light and dark mode, as desired.
Open the app.
Tap "Settings" at the top right of the toolbar.
Scroll down to the "App Accent Colour" section.
Tap the coloured circle next to the light/dark accent colour and select your preferred colour.
Toggle "Dark Mode" from Mission Control or Settings to see what the app looks like in both modes.
Changing the Chart Colours
Open the app.
Tap "Settings" at the top right of the toolbar.
Scroll down to the "Graph" section.
Tap on the coloured circle to select a new colour for your primary anticoagulant, secondary medication, INR measurements, or the INR therapeutic range.
Your changes are automatically reflected across the app and widgets.
Changing the Chart Range (Days)
Open the app.
Tap "Settings" at the top right of the toolbar.
Scroll down to the "Graph" section.
Tap and edit the number of days to be shown on the chart.
Your changes are automatically reflected across the app and widgets. The colours used for the anticoagulant and INR are used on the Status home screen widget.
Changing the Chart Point Spacing
Depending on what dose you are taking, the chart can have lots of space or be quite cramped. You may change the spacing between points.
50 is reasonable if you are taking 10mg or more, while 35-40 may be better if you are taking <10mg.
Open the app.
Tap "Settings" at the top right of the toolbar.
Scroll down to the "Graph" section.
Tap and edit the spacing between points.
Your changes are automatically reflected on the in-app chart.
Changing the App Icon
Open the app.
Tap "Settings" at the top right of the toolbar.
Scroll down to the "App Icon" section.
Tap on your preferred app icon.
An alert will appear. Simply press "OK".
The app icon will immediately change and be reflected in any upcoming notifications and on the home screen.
